Our client, Microsec Software Engineering & Consulting Ltd. – established in 1984, Hungary’s first eIDAS-compliant trust service provider and a pioneer in Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) solutions – has completed the sale of its company registration and information systems division through a successful asset deal. Microsec had developed and maintained Hungary’s Company Information System for many years and continues to focus on innovative electronic signature and trust service solutions.

The divestment of the company information business line enables Microsec to focus on its core trust service and electronic signature solutions, areas with strong demand across the European Union as digitalisation accelerates.
