STEP 1  •  Analysis and crafting the story

STEP 2  •  Drafting the investor list and finding your perfect match

  • Always a key step to draft the ideal buyer and/or investor profile, deriving from the companies’ strengths, the M&A dynamics and market trends.
  • Based on the jointly agreed profiles, we also develop a long list of potential well-fitting strategic or financial buyers.

STEP 3  •  Contacting potential buyers

Phase 3

STEP 5  •  Due diligence process

  • Once an investor is selected (or in some cases, more investors) and the LOI (or term sheet) is signed, the next step is a thorough legal, financial, tax, technical (and so on) due diligence.
  • Our team also helps you – well ahead – to prepare for this, set up the virtual data room and smoothen the whole due diligence process.
