ArenimTel has become a trusted provider of mission-critical communication solutions for 230+ enterprises in Hungary and beyond, offering state-of-the-art Cloud-based Call Center & PBX (CCaaS) solutions to businesses with more than 100 features including AI functions, call centre automation with integration for complex workflows. The acquisition allows Vesta to enhance its mission to invest in and grow industry-leading vertical market software companies, acquiring a strong cash generating capability, while enabling ArenimTel to benefit from global operational best practices, cross-border growth opportunities and long-term stability as part of a global software powerhouse.
