The UK-based acquirer is a division of Constellation Software Inc., the world’s largest investor and operator of vertical market software companies with a market capitalisation of over $75 billion and revenues exceeding $10 billion.

Jegymester, a pioneer of digital ticketing in Hungary for 30 years, has joined Jonas Europe. With its broad cultural partnerships and millions of tickets processed annually, Jegymester has established itself as the most trusted digital gateway to live events in Hungary. The company was previously backed by GB & Partners Investment Management, making the acquisition not only a strategic cross-border transaction but also a successful private equity exit. For Jonas Europe, the acquisition further strengthens its roots within the Jonas Software family and expands its presence in Central and Eastern Europe, adding a highly relevant and proven vertical software business to its international portfolio.
