Marketing Manager
If you have 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, are strong in digital and social media marketing, content-driven and proactive, and are eager to learn the tech M&A and private equity advisory space, this role is a perfect fit.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive B2B marketing strategy for Absolvo to increase brand awareness and drive lead generation.
- Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email and events.
- Focus on content generation and the use of B2B social media platforms is a core task.
- Participation in organising Absolvo’s own events, as well as being a co-organiser of the annual ScaleupFest, one of the CEE region’s leading scaleup events.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our marketing strategies.
Requirements
- Proven – minimum of 5 years - experience in marketing, ideally with some experience in a leadership role.
- Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
- Proficiency in B2B social media and digital marketing tools & platforms.
- Demonstrate a willingness to learn and understand our industry to drive marketing strategies effectively.
- Proactively update Absolvo’s marketing strategy with regular suggestions in the light of trends and emerging new tools and technologies
- Ability to manage Absolvo’s marketing system and processes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
